Thomas the Tank Engine saved my sanity when my son Michael, who is now 25, was diagnosed with asthma at 1 year old and wouldn’t sit still for his asthma treatments. They didn’t have puffers for little kids back then so I had to use a machine like a vapourizer and he had to sit still for 10 minutes for the treatment to work. 2-5 minute Thomas cartoons was enough time to get the treatment in and he was mezmorized by Thomas back then. Of course now they have all kinds of Thomas stuff out there but I had him save his for when he has children.
